Our Rhythm Punch, for example, was created to maximize the benefits of sorrel. Sorrel, derived from the Rosella Plant, has been used as a homeopathic remedy for hundreds of years in France, Greece, Italy, Egypt and the Caribbean. It is high in nutraceleunticals that both prevent and treat diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and cancer. Its dried leaves can alleviate itchy skin as well as fever and scurvy. When mixed in beverages they can help to cure jaundice, rashes and kidney stones; sorrel is also a diuretic that can cleanse the entire body and when mixed with lemon and lime juices it helps to reduce cholesterol and restore metabolic balance.
These tiny, very pungent seeds are rich in calcium and iron; they contain thymol, an antiseptic, aids digestion and eases stomach aches.

Amchoor(Green Mango powder)
